It was the first time that Louis Vuitton held an exhibition in Singapore, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Series 3 was held in two countries only, Singapore and London. The exhibition was opened to public with free admission from 28 Nov 2015 till 23 Dec 2015. Series 3 was showcasing Artistic Director, Nicolas Ghesquière Creative Processes and his fall winter 2015/2016 collection which some was inspired by Louis Vuitton's heritages. Nicolas Ghesquière favorite all times muse is Marte Mei Van Haaster, a Dutch model. It was eye-catching experience for me as it was the first time I have ever entered a exhibition. For this fall/winter 2015/2016 collection, Nicolas Ghesquière had two inspirations, one was 'Polor Expedition' and another one was 'Solaris' from a Sci-fi movie. From there he came out with five themes.
What are the five themes?
1. Exploration
2. Fashionable New Classic (Heritage with modern combination)
3. Feminine And Masculine
4. Music Driving Force (Nicolas Ghesquière is a fan of rock and roll)
5. East Meet West (Material and Pattern is eastern mix with western like Victorian Sleeve and Gatheres
